Most drilling jobs put you on equipment older than you are. At Xplore you'll run current rigs with automated rod handling and dual breakout.

We fly out of Perth on a 2/1 roster: two weeks on site, one week home. Camps are self-sufficient and Starlink keeps you connected. With the fleet growing fast, offsiders who put the work in have a real path to the driller's seat.
